Pareto Facilities Management interview questions

Had an initial first round interview and invited to a second. I was then ghosted and after following up still nothing. All I expected was just to be informed either way! Note to HR and Management: this experience (which probably is not a one off) reflects very poorly on your company and perhaps you could train your HR person and the line managers how to treat candidates!
