Parentgiving interview questions

I responded to a posting on craigslist. We corresponded via email twice before the interview and once on the phone. I felt very comfortable during the interview, which was thorough. We had a good relationship already building from the previous email and phone conversations, so it went very smoothly. I will also add that I broke my right hand the day before I was supposed to start. They still hired me on and put up with my left handed peck typing until the cast came off...
