Starting with Written interview then if successful you move to oral interview. They give feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates, along with areas of improvement if unsuccessful. The interview process is quiet fair.

FIrst we had to meet the receptionist. She is the one to check if we meet the requirements.. Only if we meet all the requirements, we will be allowed to meet the interviewer. I could not meet them as I was not fluent in Hindi.
