Interview process was very laid back. I also did a second “working” interview where I was shown how my day to day would go. I was told they were writing up an offer letter. They then called me the next day asking if I had put my two weeks in yet at my job because they actually didn’t have a position open like they thought. Two weeks after they called saying the position was open and they wanted to hire me? I declined because I received an offer from another company and because they were so disorganized. Then, for several weeks after, the manager kept calling/texting me asking if I had gotten her new employee access yet? She was clearly confusing me with someone else.
