Horrific process that took 2 months. This will likely be based upon the need for the person. There was a presentation that was done over webex, but could be in-person and a call with the CEO.

Multi-stage interview process.
Problem was every person that interviewed me had different directions for the company.
What got me was their promises that after having worked in the company for a while now, turned out to be false.
