Was ghosted after a scheduled interview. They did not get back to me, but still tried to poach me on LinkedIn (they had no idea I was the person they previously interviewed). No closure. I suspect they could not meet my salary expectations, but still, I expected more.

I couldn't negotiate much for the salary, as they had a fixed budget that they simply wouldn't exceed under any circumstances. Despite my best efforts to explain my value, I had no choice but to ultimately decline the offer.
