Palantir Technologies Forward Deployed Engineer/Software Development Engineer interview questions

I received email asking to interview with Palantir. We set a time and conducted a brief phone interview with a representative in Palo Alto. The questions asked were mostly about my goals and what I was currently working on. This information was to be passed to engineers so the representative took notes during the interview. Then I was asked three simple questions concerning inheritance, run time characteristics of a tree and a hash table and one other extremely easy questions. I got follow-up email that day and was asked to submit my resume but before I could do so I got boilerplate email a couple of days later from the representative thanking me for interviewing and informing me that they were unable to offer me a position. This was before an actual interview was scheduled with a real engineer.
