I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Oct 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume to a conference database. Palantir contacted me based on this and asked to hold an interview at the conference. The woman that interviewed me was very nice and explained that she was a tester, which is the job I would be interviewing for. This was mostly a behavioral interview with one technical question at the end.
I received an email that they would like to hold a phone interview. There were two of these before I received an email that there were currently no openings for people with my skills. The gentlemen that interviewed me on both occasions seemed nice. They asked me different testing questions. How would I test software for a keyboard, how would I test an elevator, how would I test password software.
