Interview
I met 5 peoples during 2 days. They are presenting you the job position. More a business position than an HR position. I had to sell them a pen. Firstly someone called me and I explained to him my background then the next day i went to their (very nice) office. I met a senior consultant and then an other consultant. The next day I met de director + 2 others consultant. Then a week later I received a negative reply saying that I have not enough experience for this position but they are keeping my resume.

J’ai eu un premier rdv physique avec un RH et ensuite un autre avec un business manager . L’entretien était axé que sur les chiffres. Ça se voyait clairement l’interlocuteur ne s’intéressait pas à ma personne ni à mes précédentes expériences mais juste savoir si je peux augmenter le CA c’est à dire la quantité plutôt que la qualité . Juste en ayant fait l’entretien j’ai pu voir de moi même l’atmosphère de travail . Et c’est effectivement ce que j’avais lu comme avis sur Glassdoor

Interview
The process is based on 3 steps, first with HR, then the 2nd with the Manager and the 3rd one with the Director of the Department. They gave me a very good impression, they have been clear about the business, the activities that needed to be done and career's perspectives.
