PJA Distribution interview questions

A very informal interview. There was little emphasis on your ability to do the job and more on silly questions about who would win in a fight between Spiderman and Batman. The main aim of the interview seemed to be whether you would be a good personality match for the other people working in the office. A difficult interview if you are a professional as no opportunity is given to discuss your experience or explain why you would be suitable for the role.
