Very Conversational-- it was a smooth process and very timely. I felt very confident after leaving the interview and the team got back to me within a week. I have no complaints about interviewing or my time while at PGT Services.

Honestly, the entire thing was conversational. They asked more about my hobbies and interest and why I wanted to work at PGT, rather than quizzing me on situational questions.
