I was sent a message after applying asking what my minimum salary requirement was. I told them I would provide it once they provided a salary range for the position. Crickets... no more feedback.
It's very telling of a company if they keep the compensation secret. Save candidates and yourself time by being upfront. The candidate brings the experience and skills, you bring the compensation and productive work environment. I told you what I was bringing to the table, but you couldn't do the same.
