Oxford Economics interview questions

Relatively normal and straightforward. First a brief talk with HR and then directly with a Manager. Prepare some info about the company and why you want to work there and you should be fine.

I had an initial call scheduled with a recruiter who's a lovely person. She walked me through the interviewing process in much detail. A few days later, I had an interview with a hiring manager, who at the end of the call told me it'd take at least 5 weeks until I hear back from them due to the company conference and some other commitments. It's safe to say that it's been more than 5 weeks and I've not heard back anything. It's worth mentioning that the hiring manager said that he doesn't like to "ghost" people and always shares detailed feedback, even if it's a no.. yet it seems like I've been ghosted?
