I went through 2 steps of the proccess, one with HR and another with CTO, conversations were very good, no tricky questions, it was more about science general perspective and experience. I got a 'no'without any clear feedbakc though.

This interview caught me a bit off guard. There was some miscommunication with the recruiter, and I had the impression it would be more of an informal chat regarding the role. The conversation ended up focusing heavily on my current role, including specifics about the tech stack and workflows. In hindsight, I think some of the questions were meant to be STAR-based, though they were framed a bit unusually and came after more general questions about the company. It also had a slight tone of probing for strategic details - possibly just startup curiosity, but it stood out.
