Hireview was used for all new hires. Basic behavioral questions. Candidates were rated on more than the actual answers. Ratings were adversely down graded due to style of dress and basic hygiene.

it was brief. and the hiring manager was knee on knowing more about how I could handle the software. the process is based on an interview and you get hired immediately and you are trained.
