The process consists of two initial interview rounds followed by a final two-hour working interview. Please note that this working interview is unpaid; you may want to verify if this is legal or not. After completing the entire process and dedicating several hours to the interviews, the company ghosted me and provided no follow-up communication.

There are two interviews and a video submission. First you have to submit a video where you talk about your history and show your personality, then you have an interview with the sales manager, then a group working interview where you make some cold calls (don't have to be perfect but have to show willingness to do it).
