Interview
Two in-person short interviews, and the final interview was with the hiring manager over the phone. The first two interviews were in person during career fair at my university, and the final interview over the phone was more in-depth about why sales, why sales at Oracle and my skills and experience.
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.
