Interview
Applied for the job via Indeed and was contacted roughly five hours later to book a 15 min phone call the next day. I was told what we would be discussing and this gave me enough time to prepare. The conversation was very good, the questions were intelligent, and I could see myself really fitting in with this firm. I was told that I would hear back if I progressed to an in person interview within 24 hours. I received a personalized e-mail from the interviewer (who I believe was a Senior Analyst or Associate) politely explaining that I did not progress. He was very polite and positive about my performance on the phone. I was tempted so I responded to his e-mail and asked if he would be kind enough to provide any further feedback as to how I could improve. I was shocked that he actually called me and provided extremely thoughtful and useful feedback. People like this are few and far between. Good experience.
