From 2022, we as a complain have also grown a lot. We now have a very efficient system to screen CVs, you can then expect an introduction call and once you are okay with the first set of screen (CV and communication over call). You will mostly be invited to our office for the second round - you then go through a Character test which we have build from a US based vendor which helps us understand the IQ and EQ of the candidate. Once a required test results is projected you are then qualified for the third round which is the technical round. You move with your completed assignment for a technical round of interview and once you crack this round. You are shortlisted for the final selection and once selected you would be informed to either come in or on call for an operational round - which includes a conversation with HR on salary, timings, holidays and terms of contract.
This doesn't make the process tough, but it definitely filters best people to work for us!
