Preliminare online per Senior Software Developer che abbia interesse nel diventare Responsabile di Prodotto.
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di sviluppo e si occuperà di una Suite di prodotto, gestendone l'evoluzione e il lavoro del team tecnico.
Colloquio telefonico con una addetta delle risorse umane. Domande generiche sulle proprie motivazioni e attitudini, esperienza positiva. Sono stato prontamente ricontattato per l' esito che era buono anche se alla fine mi sono orientato verso un altro ambito.

After an interview with a recruiter, I made an interview with the CIO. It was very short for that role, and quite generic. My guess is that the CIO had already someone fit for the role, and didn't bother to understand if there was someone better
