The process went really fast for me. I was an employee referrel the manager called and spoke with me via phone, then I had a 1 on 1 interview and lastly a group interview. Easy questions.

it is a panel interview where they ask numerous behavioral based questions and after you must prepare a 5 minute presentation on a topic they give you at the end of the questions.
