Interview
Interview process was rather a quick turn around to begin with, but then after my second interview, the interviewer went on annual leave the same day - keeping me waiting the remainder of the week to hear back. Once I hear back, they were apologetic regarding the wait-time, which I appreciated. I was very understanding. When it came to finally hearing an outcome, their reasoning and feedback was wholly 'You are too nice', and 'decided to take another route', 'if you applied two years ago, you would have bee perfect'. No real feedback, and staff member seemed short and eager to end the call after loosely giving the information - as a company who from the start said the main focus is the 'people', they aren't very 'people' trained. If a job says you are 'too nice'... run a mile. My kindness does not determine my work ethic.
