Opportunity Education interview questions

Interviewed here over the course of a month. The process included screening, a video interview, and a final presentation that required direct feedback on their product. The overall experience felt disorganized and below industry standard. Asking candidates to provide feedback directly on your own product crosses a line — that's consulting work, not an interview. Research current hiring norms and share compensation proactively. Candidates invest real time in your process — by the final stages, they shouldn't have to ask. That consideration goes both ways.
