Process: 1. First, project based interview. 2. Followed by, 1 OR and 1 DS case study (1-2 Weeks). 3. Finally, onsite at Chicago: 1 basic technical,1 core OR/ DS technical, case presentation, lunch and work familiarization, 2 partner 1:1. Feedback to Opex: People on average, were quite nice. When an interviewee is called onsite, please try to take in person face to face interview, as interview through VC can create misunderstandings, in one of such quick interviews I was not even sure what was the problem statement being conveyed to me. Also, HR needs to structure the interview process better, should inform the interview schedule in advance. MOST IMPORTANTLY, when a person invests into such a long interview process, its your duty to provide proper feedback when denying.
