OpenWeb interview questions

2 Interviews one with HR and Second with Team member, 2 weeks, declined although I meet all the requirements and more, they just leave you hanging in air and you get rejected for no reason.

Multiple rounds, starting with recruiter phone screening. Then interviewed with others on the team and ultimately to hiring manager. Everyone was very friendly. No trick questions, just free-flowing conversations. The team was very honest about the role, expectations, and work environment.
