OpenArc interview questions

Interview process was simple, two steps. First was phone call with recruiter, second was video meeting with AM and VP. Overall great communication, they were thorough and transparent in regards to the company culture and expectations.

Phone calls followed up by emails and finally a video call. Interviewer presented the role as a UX Designer, didn't find out until an email with job description was provided that they were looking for a UI Designer, and the role was not as a UX Designer. The Interviewer had my resume but failed to parse the information correctly. Position required far more experience than was shown on my resume.
