They ask questions, you try and answer them. Not really much of a dialogue of your skills and experience. It takes about an hour and a half. This app has a word quota.

They ask quite a bit of technical questions. You need to know your stuff before you go into the interview. An interview with the recruiter isn't as tough compared to the interview with technical employees.

Interview
1 interview only. 2 people interviewed. Very simple and straight forward. Mostly behavioral questions. About an hour long. Online interview and not in person. Everyone was polite. Applied online on the company website and got a reply within a month.
The managers were nice and knew what they were looking for. The job description how ever had a mistake in it which was quite significant and made me think twice a bout the job.
