Interview
The owner/founder approached the interview as an opportunity to tell tales of drinking and staff nights out. He also managed to be sexist, homophobic, and xenophobic all within the first five minutes. One of the two other men in the panel looked thoroughly embarrassed by his behaviour, and tried to steer the conversation onto design work. The owner kept interrupting to tell jokes and mock my accent. Bizarrely I was offered a job, on the condition I produce free work for one of their clients. I declined and left.
