The process is simple really.
Round one — you'll meet with Senior EA, Laurah. She's incredibly sweet and can hold a great conversation.
The second round is with the CFO, Anna. Impressive on paper (LinkedIn), unprofessional and superficial on camera.
Our meeting that was scheduled for 4:30 pm, she joined at 4:46 pm, and the entire meeting lasted eight minutes and change. In those eight minutes, Anna managed to relocate all the empty soft drink and water bottles from her desk to her office trash bin, additionally managed to take a phone call, and squeezed in two questions "why are you a fit?" and "what interests you about this role?"
As I answered her questions, she did everything but look at the screen, and/or respect the brevity of time we had together. Her sign-off was that they were still interviewing other candidates and that they would be in touch.
Four days later, the rejection came back to my recruiters as vague and as rude as "pass".
Despite the decent pay, and initial positive experience nobody should have to experience disrespect at this level.
