I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at One Medical (Houston, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
3 interviews total. A mix of virtual and in-person. Asked about case scenarios during each interview, focused on preventive care. A clinic tour was done during in-person visit. I had very limited time to meet with the team though.

Question 1
A patient scenario during each interview. Usually about preventive markers.
Initial virtual with medical director - basic clinical questions and overall questions. Then second round of 3 interviews with various members of your region management, a recruiter helps follow through on the whole process.
Pretty long winded, and not as efficient as it could have been. They also seemed to be looking for very specific answers/ways of practicing in their specific area. They are also looking for physicians who are willing to sign off lots of charts for midlevel's, and it does not sound like extra compensation comes with it.
