Interview
It was a 4 round interview, HR, Technical, Technical with R&D head, finaly with the founders on-site. 2nd round was with 2 scientists, asking technical questions and your behavior, cultur fit and so on,

Technical questions about the packaging sector, filling, sealing, dispersion coating techs, paper and pulp knowledge
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at One.Five in Oct 2023
Interview
It was really easy. It was an HR round and asked the most basic questions to see if I am confident enough. I just had first round of interview and it went well. They wanted me to join right away but I wasn't available then so I couldn't get the job but the interviewer was really friendly.

What do you think is the most happening in the packaging industry?
It was good, the job descriptions were clear. The first round was with HR, and at the end of the interview they gave the feedback about the suitability for the job
