OnRising interview questions

It was a good process with questions about my previous experience, biggest challenge in my role, how I act in some hard situations, and much more about personality and energy than technical. With the client I had a lot of questions using a legacy java code and explain the behavior of it.

The first hr interview was ok, although the hr didn't have much experience. I suspected that this is a startup that likes to negotiate hard on salary since that is how they make money. Everything became clear when I talked to people at the startup who had really negative behavior and denied answering to my questions. The funny thing is that I met an arrogant person who acted like he owns the startup but actually worked with sales. I mean really? The startup hires cheap workers with no skills in the job role, who have no idea how to do their job. This is all the red flags I needed to completely reject this startup as I had half a dozen better offers.
