Had an initial 5 minute call with a recruiter. Then was asked to go into the office for a 2 hour in-person interview. At the beginning while touring the office, one of the employees catcalled myself and the interviewer because they thought it was "funny". It made the rest of the interview very uncomfortable. I met with one manager the first hour, and the second hour was split between meeting with a different manager and shadowing one of their current SDRs. Both interviewers asked the same exact questions, and it honestly felt like they were just trying to fill time, it seemed pointless to me. They also tell you before you get there that they will pay for your parking, then when I brought this up when leaving the interview, they refused. Overall, a bad experience with OnDeck and I was very disappointed in this company.
