The process is very strange. First they send you a million of questions to answer in written form in a Word document. Then you get a real business-case technical task that is clearly overcomplicated for the purpose of a technical evaluation. They give you around 1 day to prepare it (completely insufficient). All this without ever taking the trouble to properly present the position. Then they mockingly discuss the technical task with you in the interview. Then you receive a "NO" with no feedback a couple of days later. In summary, while the HR part of the component of the company is doing its job, the technical personnel is clearly lacking people's skill. I wouldn't want to work for that company even if I got an offer.
