Interview
After applying online, I received a phone call within a couple days confirming my availability and to set up an interview. My interview lasted about 20 minutes. I was alone but it is quite common to be interviewed in a group. They asked me about myself, why I wanted to work at Old Navy, and several behavioral questions (give examples and how you learned/reacted). I was offered the job via phone call the next day.
