Interviewed by a manager, very easy, conversation like, she asked a lot of situation based questions, and also asked about my fashion sense and how would i compare old navy to another retail apparel company

Q: How did you handle a difficult situation as a leader?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
