I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Providence, RI) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process is called an "audition". You are in a room with about 6-10 other possible candidates. You bring something with you that represents you or means a lot to you and you go over in a group what each item is and what it means. It is a casual interview. You then are sent on trips into the store to find outfits for different occasions. Overall the interview is easy and there is not too much pressure on it.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
