Interview
Applied online within a week later called for an interview. First interview was a group interview where we were asked to brings something we were passionate about to present to the group and get to know each other. Next interview was with store manager that asked scenario based questions and why you want to work here etc.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

What would you do if a family of 4 came in asking for a complete, matching, vacation outfits? Show me what you would recommend then.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
