Gorup interview, had to sel something to customers. It was on the spot and wasn’t expecting it so it was a little nerve wracking, but overall it was a good and interesting experience.
Applied online. Receieved a callback the very next day.
1st interview- 10 minute phone interview
2nd interview-group interview with five girls (including myself). Store manager asked if we knew about the store's history, drew & created an illustration of an Old Navy Tee Shirt design to produce and sell. Presented a significant item and explained why it was important to us. Created an outfit from rolling two die for an occasion & attempted to sell the outfit to the group.
Was told that we would receive a phone call by the next Tuesday if chosen for another interview.
3rd interview-Was smooth. Another manager asked me a few questions to get to know about me, asked if I knew anything about Old Navy's history, gave me a few scenario questions, asked if I had any questions. Then she offered me the job! Process took about 1 week!

Question 1
Tell me about your best friend and explain your friendship.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Emeryville, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online, got a call a few days later and did a phone interview. Asked to come in for another one. Ended up being a group. Played a game where we went around the store and made an outfit for the theme "Date Night". Then you had to explain why you chose it and pretend that the interviewer was a customer and try to sell it. After the game, they asked basic interview questions. Took forever to get the paperwork through, probably because of the city-wide minimum wage increase. Probably took 3 weeks to 1 month. No drug test

If you could be an emoji, which one would you be and why?
