Initial phone screen followed by a four hour interview. There was a project that took about 12 hours to complete before the interview. The interview process was long but completely unnecessary. For a program that contains a 90 day training period, some of the questions were pretty specific towards inventory management. The interviewers were friendly and asked many of the same questions. Be prepared for a long day and a case study that wasn't really a case study. Honestly, people acted like they loved their job about inventory management; but in reality, the processes they discussed seemed quite boring and mundane.
