I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online for the store in Colorado Springs and the manager called me within a few days to schedule an interview. I wasn't told it was a group interview so that was a surprise. It was very unorganized. There were 5 of us interviewing and we all got there early so we were just standing around the store looking awkward. The interviewer was 15 minutes late. We went to the back room and sat at the break area. The interviewer asked us pretty generic interview questions and we went around answering. We were there for 2 hours just answering questions! I've never been to an interview that took that long. I missed an appointment because of it. The interviewer was very nice and made us feel at ease.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Southaven, MS) in Nov 2017
Interview
All the candidates met at the same time, and we were all told to bring an item that described ourselves and to tell the others and the manager why. It was an easy interview in which alot of questions were not asked.
