There was an initial screener call with a recruiter. Next came a culture-fit call with senior devs. Then a technical interview. Last a final round with another senior dev and a product manager.

I went through two rounds of the interview process, and was contacted with a couple sets of dates/times to choose from for round 3. I let them know which ones worked for me, but never heard back after that and none of my follow up emails were returned. Must have been a disconnect somewhere with how well round 2 went.

At each step the emphasis was on how you'd fit in culturally at oddball: The alignment of my goals with the role. 1. First call with HR: Introduction and brief discussion about the company. 2. Zoom call with software Developer. 3. Zoom call with Direct supervisor.
