Twenty minute inteview that lasted about ten minutes. You schedule the interview through giving them a few suggested times. It was over zoom. The interviewer asked if I could relocate to Singapore.
Interviewed by headhunter, then by family office rep, both online.
Headhunter's interview was more of alignment of experience and skillsets, once suitable, was referred to next level.
Family office rep's interview was more focused, but mainly on the skillsets and experience in setting up the local office and integration with overseas teams.

Experience in setting up processes locally, and ability to integrate and coordinate over different countries.
Precise and effective interview process. Hiring manager was very pleasant. Was tested on base skills as well as memory. Process was above average compared to others. HR was vey easy to navigate and documentation provided outlined the job well.
