Recruiter phone call, basic background info.
Manager Zoom call, similar to first call
Onsite with 4 people, some hands on work but mostly casual talking.
Most seemed like nice people, but one admitted right away he was not prepared and was acting like I was the biggest inconvenience of his life. He would ask me something then be texting on his phone as I was answering. Also sneezing into his hand and generally being gross.
Interview process includes recruiter call, assessment and an onsite which involves two 30 min interviews. Overall the interview process is smooth and quick, they move fairly quickly and the interview themselves are straightforward
