Tests, trading game, face to face interviews. Half of the interviewers were arrogant, the HR was disorganized and they didn't respond to any emails, they didn't give any feedback as they said and they did not even respond to the emails. By far the worst company I've ever had an interview.

Why would I want to be a trader? What do I know about the industry, what is my view on where the price of Oil is going. Questions about my work ethics and if I was willing to do the long hours.

Most of the guys were quite arrogant try to stress you out and make you feel uncomfortable.
Very bad company culture.
Do not recommend as a place to start your career.
