I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OMX (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
Started out with a skills-training section that involved running through an online set of questions and sample code (Ruby, JS, and SQL) over a 1.5-hour period. After that stage, I got a call back from the recruiter saying that they wanted to chat with me in person. I agreed and met them at their office, and talked to their current 3 developers.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OMX (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2010
Interview
It was a pretty easy process. I applied on Monday and got called in to interview the very next day on Tuesday. I was told that I was overqualified, but they had to take a chance to see if I would be interested because I had all of the exact skills that they needed. I did not get they pay that I wanted or needed, but I accepted anyways.
