No interview they are happy with your deposit for the course. They couldn't organise a pixx up in a brewery. Don't join them they give no work. Plenty at the start and a month in radio silence from them

Online zoom call. It was a very comfortable chat. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I was asked several questions on my past experiences as well as about my actions in different scenarios.
Went into the office and was given a paper questionnaire which was quite simple and straight forward. Basic questions about role of HCA and health and safety. Then offered job on the spot
