Interview process was very fast and informal. However offer process was cumbersome with huge delays in response/hearing back. After 2 months received an offer which had changes from what was originally discussed. Hiring manager was supportive of HR team updating and this was in process. However, then suddenly ghosted (after 2 months) - no further communication! Bizarre.

Three stages.
1) Talent Acquisition Partner
2) SVP Special Projects
3) COO
I didn't make it to the third round and received an automated generic rejection.
Disappointing to say they are a 'human-first' organisation when the interview process felt anything but. While the initial chat was promising, the second stage with the SVP was disjointed; the questions felt like "gotcha" tactics rather than a genuine exploration of my fit for the JD she wrote.
Authentic culture starts with authentic leadership.
Positive, was through exec. headhunter and then with 3 additional members of the SLT and HR. Interview was conversational, frank about issues to be solved for and interviewers showed their personalities. Process was quick
