Start with a CV screening meeting with HR to evaluate the candidate's qualifications. If they pass, proceed to interviews with managers to discuss their skills and expectations. Next, the candidate will complete relevant exercises or assessments. Upon successful completion of all stages, a formal job offer will be made, detailing employment terms and conditions.
