I recently interviewed with Nourish for a recruiting role and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing candidate experience.
The interviewer joined the meeting about six minutes late and did not acknowledge or apologize for the delay. From there, the interview felt very unstructured — the questions seemed random and inconsistent rather than part of a thoughtful or organized process.
What stood out most was that despite starting late, the interview still ended exactly on time, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to ask any questions. The interviewer then outlined what sounded like the next steps in the process, including completing a project and presenting it back to the team, and said she would follow up later in the week with details.
Instead, I received an automated rejection email with no follow-up or context. The overall experience felt disorganized and impersonal, especially given how the conversation had ended. Afterward, I read several similar reviews from other candidates and unfortunately found them pretty consistent with my experience as well.
