Nourish interview questions

I recently interviewed with Nourish for a recruiting role and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing candidate experience. The interviewer joined the meeting about six minutes late and did not acknowledge or apologize for the delay. From there, the interview felt very unstructured — the questions seemed random and inconsistent rather than part of a thoughtful or organized process. What stood out most was that despite starting late, the interview still ended exactly on time, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to ask any questions. The interviewer then outlined what sounded like the next steps in the process, including completing a project and presenting it back to the team, and said she would follow up later in the week with details. Instead, I received an automated rejection email with no follow-up or context. The overall experience felt disorganized and impersonal, especially given how the conversation had ended. Afterward, I read several similar reviews from other candidates and unfortunately found them pretty consistent with my experience as well.

dont waste your time they are not actually hiring, did several calls with recruiters, vp and manager. then they gave take home and disappeared with it. They gave one day to do take home, no feedback or anything. Role was still open but they never responded
